With multiple teams, we worked to elevate the overall design and improve the site's usability for a seamless user journey. Some of the main points I contributed in:
  1. Mapped the user experience journey and worked on wireframing and creating comprehensive branding guidelines.
  2. Helped initiate the construction of the new website experience, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user interface.
  3. Worked closely with the development team to communicate design issues and ensure they are addressed effectively and continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results to enhance usability and overall user experience.
