Project Overview

The BIGtoken website and app redesign aimed to boost user engagement rates and attract a younger audience to drive more downloads. The project focused on creating a modern, user-friendly experience that appealed to this demographic while ensuring a smooth transition from the first version to the second. Problem & Goals

The original BIGtoken website and app struggled to engage younger audiences, resulting in stagnant user engagement rates and limited downloads. Additionally, transitioning from the first version to the second posed a challenge, as it required maintaining a consistent user experience while introducing updates that addressed usability issues and aligned with evolving user expectations.

The primary objectives of the redesign were:

Approach

To achieve a seamless transition, increase downloads, and enhance engagement, we adopted a user-focused approach with gamification as a core strategy:

1. Research and Analysis
Analyzed user feedback and behavior from the first version to identify pain points.Conducted research on the preferences of younger users and reviewed successful gamification features from similar platforms.

2. Ideation and Prototyping
